Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, and social media channels promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and company policies to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner, aiming to achieve a positive resolution and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer interactions, ensuring consistent and effective communication across all channels.
  • Record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions accurately in the Minitaq Portal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training programs and self-development initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements or service enhancements, providing feedback and suggestions to the management team.
