RaySecur is looking for a HIGH energy customer service representative to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our company.

Customer service representative Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Customer service representative Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field is a must.
  • Experience with office equipment: computers (windows & MacOs), multiline phone system, multifunction printer, shredder, document scanner, etc.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
