Here’s the challenge
As Head of Operations you will be responsible for our teams within Operations: Operations Improvement, Central Operations and Customer Service
To break it down, you will:
Set out the Ops Improvement Roadmap, with projects focused on Operational Efficiency
Identify new opportunities to further improve our operations
Constantly align with internal stakeholders (Tech and City Management)
Lead problem solve sessions with the Ops Improvement team
Make implementation plans together with City management
Lead cross functional collaborations on complex projects
Be responsible for Customer Service department and together with our Customer Service Manager ensure the best support to our customers while remaining within budget
Be responsible for our Central Operations team, where we have centralize several operational processes for our cities (battery swapping, rebalancing mopeds)
- Responsible for all area managers that run our cities in the Benelux

We truly get excited if you:
6+ years fulltime working experience in a high-paced environment
Have experience with leading others in a high-paced and highly operational environment
Have a Bachelor or Masters degree, preferably in a relevant area
Have excellent project management skills and take great care of your work to deliver a high standard
Lead by example and know how to coach, manage and motivate your team. You create an inclusive work climate where personal development plays an important role
Are proactive and take responsibility to get things done, and are willing to roll up your sleeves whenever needed to drive initiatives forward
Are experienced working with cross-functional teams
Are highly organized and have excellent communication skills
Are based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
Are fluent in English
