HR Assistant (Remote Position) [Pakistan]


 

We are looking for an HR assistant who is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Assist HR Manager in payroll, Hiring
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital records of employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Daily Time cards Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Assist with complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential).
  • 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
  • Strong communications skills

Note:

For this job, you need a good internet connection and your own laptop. You'll be working from home, so a stable and fast internet connection is important. Your laptop should meet the requirements for this job.

Job Timings: 8pm to 5am.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 per month

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
