We are looking for an HR assistant who is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Assist HR Manager in payroll, Hiring
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital records of employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Daily Time cards Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Assist with complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential).
- 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
- Strong communications skills

Job Timings: 8pm to 5am.

Salary: Rs35,000.00 per month
