Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans for the event, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage logistics, including transportation, catering, crowd management, and equipment rental, to ensure all necessary resources are available for the event.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure all necessary services and equipment are in place for the event.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to during the event.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the client, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Manage event staff and volunteers, including recruitment and training, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Prepare and manage daily expenses for the event, ensuring that costs are controlled.
- Issue a daily report for the client.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar role in the event industry
- Excellent project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop practical solutions to challenges.
- Knowledge of event management software and tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to events.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends

Salary: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
