Project Manager [Ukraine]

 

Indeema Software is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Project Management Team.

Responsibilities:

• Starting projects and clarifying requirements
• Managing resources on your project(s)

• Writing project plans and ensuring they are followed
• Preparing schedule and following the timelines
• Risk management
• Stakeholders management, day-to-day communication with Customers
• Managing change requests
• Ensuring that projects are delivered within time & budget

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven successful professional project management experience in IT company
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor or Master Degree
• PMBOK theoretical and practical knowledge
• Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
• Effective communication with English-speaking clients
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with teammates on the client side to achieve success
• Diligent, attentive to detail
• Ready to bring own ideas and improve processes
• Ready to work in a fast-changing environment
• Technology enthusiast who enjoys expanding the knowledge and sharing it with others

Will be a big plus:

• QA experience
• Scrum master experience
• PM course certificate or Scrum master certificate
