Key Accountabilities:
Must have Knowledge and experience in E-commerce and DtoC sector. Experience in Personal Care will be a plus point in selection.
- Experience in at least one of relevant functions any industry in BPC space - (in retail /branded space sourcing, supply chain, project management)
- Strong knowledge of vendors and systems in the beauty and personal care space
- Experience in printing and packaging requirement for Personal care Products
- Experience in Project management
- Good analytical skills - collecting, analysing and interpreting data; Sound problem solving
- Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics
- Strong bias for action, problem-solving and ownership

- Identifying vendors (product, packaging) for different segments in the beauty, apparels and personal care category
- Evaluating and shortlisting vendors based on commercial and quality parameters
- Setting up supply chain to source from different vendors
- Leading negotiations and cost improvement projects to improve profitability
- Signing up contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure that data and intelligence is protected
- On-going vendor management for capacity planning, product development, production and issue resolution
- Coordinate with printing and packaging vendors to get the packaging for products done.
- Manage Ecommerce distribution and dispatch
-Assist in coordination of export/import shipments.
-Make listings of our products on all ecommerce platforms.
-Have a complete understanding of end-to-end supply chain for Multiple Vendors and complex workflows
-Act as key point of contact between Retail, supply chain, and vendors
-Responsible for defining Operational strategy & Manage day-to-day operational relationships with vendors and distributors partners, including product lifecycle management, expanding selection and optimize sourcing recommendations / decisions.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Inventory Management tools and an ability to work with technical teams to advocate for tool enhancements
-Establish and coordinate schedules with carrier and tender shipments.
-Track and trace all shipments.
-Prepare and publish daily, weekly reports.
-Obtain data to assist in analysis on performance trends.
-Proactively identify problems to management.
-Answer and resolve basic billing questions when needed.
-Confirm rates with carriers.
- Define the Product Roadmap and Strategy in alignment with the Business goals.
-Collaborate with cross functional teams and build products that deliver business value for the customers.
-Map the user journey and find creative ways to improve it; making it more delightful and responsive to the user's needs.
-Strong tech background to identify the right specifications
-Solve business problems through product approach.
Required Education and Experience:
1-2 year warehouse or logistics experience, preferred
Good problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision-making skills
