Key Responsibilities
  • Planning of resources for future demands based on actual workload, quality, pipeline and leavers, capacity, and utilization as well as preparing visuals and easy-to-understand resource plans.
  • Process initiatives - owns improvements related to work content and drives execution of these fixes.
  • Analysis & Reporting with support from F&A team, providing regular reports to stakeholders on actual workload vs. utilization incl. analysis and potential improvements. Also, supporting headcount planning and ad- hoc report requests from the management.
  • Optimizing resource utilization with continuous monitoring on actual allocation and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management - strong stakeholder management capabilities to manage stakeholders, which includes but not be limited to work/resource allocation, workforce planning.
  • Corporate Function Collaboration - work closely with Corporate Functions teams (F&A, HR/Recruiting) to ensure optimized collaboration.
  • Collaborate in driving productivity - helps to prepare for zero surprise environment and gets involved in KPI reporting

Requirements


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Management
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • 4-5 years of experience in resource controlling or related field: working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics, and experience in various methods of data visualization is a preference
  • Excellent analytical skills, and presentation abilities in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven track record in problem-solving and high client satisfaction
  • Outstanding communication skills - in both written and spoken form
