Rising Heights Property is actively seeking an experienced and results-driven Disposition Manager to lead our sales efforts. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional negotiation skills to engage sellers, real estate agents, and investors, ensuring profitable property transactions. This role will be full commissioned.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong history of successful sales and deal closures within the real estate industry.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with sellers, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Leverage your proven negotiation skills to secure advantageous terms for property acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess property values, market trends, and investment potential.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into local real estate conditions and refine deal strategies.
  • Analyze property data and financial information to make informed decisions on potential acquisitions.
  • Craft compelling and well-structured offers that align with the company's investment objectives.
  • Oversee the coordination of property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence processes.
  • Utilize your established network of industry contacts to source potential deals and uncover hidden opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of market shifts and regulatory changes, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • A verifiable history of proven success in real estate sales and deal closure.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, trends, and investment strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, guiding data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently surpassing targets and driving results.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, able to work effectively within diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is highly advantageous.
