- The maximization of react activation in X-functions within GCA
- Support the ReAct optimization related initiative and project implementation
- Coordinate the X-function team to build the centralized ReAct product creation and go-to-market plan.
- Maximize and rationalize the ReAct operating model coverage within GCA product seasonal planning scope.
- Define ReAct related principles and rules for E2E material management to achieve material led product creation.
- Collaborate with global ReAct team to set up key processes and to develop the critical system capability to ensure successful implementation
- Support the product development and GTM plan of the key ReAct packs, to ensure the React concept execution from E2E perspective.
- Coordinate the pack level X-functional communication and group problem solving to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct holistic pack performance assessment and socialize with X-functional key stakeholders.
- Identify optimization opportunities in ReAct daily operations and support the corresponding initiative and project set up
- Drive the implementation of ReAct optimization (in forms of projects) through proactively problem-solving with a structured approach.
- Manage the ReAct project timeline, resources, way of working, and communication to ensure success
- ReAct coverage across the GCA product plan
- ReAct key pack business performance (business performance, operation efficiency, material leftover, etc.)
- ReAct optimization Initiative(s) achievement – Time to Completion, Resource Utilisation, Impact of the results
- Qualitative feedback from Leadership, X-functional peers and Global Interfaces on overall leadership, communications, problem solving, strategic influence
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Strong process and project management skills – organized approach but also able to be flexible to meet changing needs
- Solid business sense and analytic/critical-thinking skills – able to solve problems using both conventional judgment and ad-hoc analysis
- Willingness to learn and adapt –to build business acumen and develop general management competency
- Initiative & entrepreneurial – take initiative and proactively seek opportunity for improvement
- University degree or above
- Minimum 3-5 years of general business and project management experience, Experience with leading consumer brand a plus, Experience in leading management consulting firm a plus
- Experience in and strong skills of process and project management
- Experience in working closely with middle and senior managers across functions
- Solid skills in Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Basic statistics and modeling knowledge
- Strong communication skills – written and spoken English and Mandarin
