We are currently looking for a Revenue Officer to join our new operational team that has a passion to deliver a unique User Experience to the EV driver on our own operated Charging Squares.
Smappee Services is currently deploying the service “Smappee Charging Squares” as a complementary service on top of the Smappee-technologies. By fastening up the investments in infrastructure, we want to help electrifying the mobility system and to enhance the smart grid of tomorrow. Your contribution will help to save both the planet and the economy.
As a Revenue Officer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the financial performance of the Smappee Charging Squares. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and to enhance revenue generation processes, identify potential areas of revenue growth, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the co-entrepreneurs on each Charging Square, ensuring their and their clients’ (the EV-driver) satisfaction. Your goal will be to understand each client unique needs, develop tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong outstanding communication, business acumen, and a deep understanding of revenue management principles. As we are a fast growing company, hands on support, as being part of the operational team, is a likely task.
A look into a week of our Revenue Officer:
Revenue Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize revenue generation across the network of Smappee Service Charging Squares.
Revenue Enhancement: Identify opportunities to increase revenue streams, improve customer retention, and explore new business opportunities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track Charing Square performance metrics, provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, end-users, partners, and stakeholders to foster revenue growth and drive (end)customer satisfaction.
Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Conduct thorough needs assessments, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and use that knowledge to enhance client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analysis of revenue data, identify trends, and generate reports to provide insights into revenue.
Requirements
You have experience in entrepreneurial services with 3+ years of proven experience taking ownership of challenges.
You are familiar with revenue generating business models in a B2B2C service environment.
You can lead conversations with different stakeholders (B2B) and the end customer (B2C).
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and align solutions accordingly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
You understand the UX of an EV-driver and Charging Square operator.
You are fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
