1. To ensure that rooms are properly and thoroughly clean as per standards and procedures.

2. To ensure that guest requests be met.

3. To ensure all guest inquiries and/or requests are handled in a polite, courteous, and efficient manner.

3. Dusts the room and furniture.

4. Replenishes guest rooms and bath supplies.

5. Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.

9. Clean guest bathroom/bedroom/floor corridor.

10. Responsible for replenishment if guest complimentary mineral water.

11. To be fully conversant with all of the hotel facilities and their operating hours

12. Follows closely with the key standards as established for day and evening Room Attendant 9) 13. To ensure that trolley is neat, tidy and well stocked at all times

14. To attend any briefing/training as and when scheduled punctually

15. Ensure a high level of product knowledge of hotel

16. Complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s fire hygiene, health and safety regulations/policies.

17. Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
