Sales Manager Satellite Markets (m/f/d)
Managing existing the customer portfolio and developing new business in Eastern European countries
Based in one of Esprit’s European offices
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You sell the monthly collections in our European Esprit showrooms or online and implement the Esprit buying /selling strategy for in-season management
- You aim at expansion – you build new customer relationships, and you are responsible for strategic market share growth
- You create and negotiate the annual budget with all partners for the area under your responsibility
- You maintain and ensure Esprit space standards at our partners and coach the sales staff
- You are responsible for the NOOS management and for the remarketing of stock goods via the Esprit ‘B-Shop’
- You are responsible for a profitable use of the returns budget within your area
- You take part in the collection launch and other order-relevant meetings in our European showrooms - about 4 times a year for 2 to 3 weeks
- You monitor collection expectation and collection feedback for the Esprit product teams
- You perform continuous analysis of sales data, a.o. best/worst sellers, product group shares etc.
- You keep track of market analyses and of competitors and industry trends
What you should bring with you
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
- You have had a job-specific training or you have a completed degree in a relevant study
- You have a sound knowledge of the industry as well as of the countries and markets
- You have good knowledge of key business figures (turnover, stock turnover rate/frequency, inventory, contribution margin, etc.)
- You are fluent in English - further language skills are advantageous
- You have Microsoft Office user skills, and you have knowledge of SAP BI
- You are a strong communicator with a can-do mentality
- You have a keen commercial instinct that sees commercial opportunities everywhere
- You have a flair for product presentation
- You are open to frequent travelling
