The Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant position combines the roles of implementation specialist and functional consultant in one. He/She will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve optimal solution.
- Apply low-code/no-code development skills with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and data analytics technology to deliver solutions to QFZ Business users.
- Work independently or with the application team on a variety of aspects of Power Platform development and implementation projects including requirements definition, design, configuration, customization, testing, integration, analytics and reporting, and support.
- Analyze and understand QFZ business processes, objectives, and challenges and then help implement solutions to address these.
- Conduct functional workshops with QFZ stakeholders, and design appropriate solutions.
- Work with the application team to develop Power Platform offerings that can be delivered to multiple QFZ businessusers.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 standards and supportedconfiguration/ customizations.
- Maximize usage of Dynamics 365 CRM OOB features and provide technical design or develop/customize solutionapproach for identified gaps.
- Build, configure and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM QFZ Investor Portal components (Security roles, views, forms,Business rules...).
- Manage Dynamics 365 CRM QFZ Investor Portal Business Processes and Requests engine.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CRM QFZ Investor Portal Process templates, steps, price items and documents.
- Generate reports in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Manage Dynamics 365 CRM – QFZ Investor Portal plugins, eservice framework and other components.
- Manage Power Apps Investor portal (Web files, attributes, web forms, web pages...)
- Manage Dynamics 365 solution deployment and environments.
- Design workflow processes using Power Automate.
- Design, maintain and support solution integrations.
- Conducting meetings with stakeholders.
- Gathering requirements and identifying business needs.
- Evaluating technical proposals.
- Ensuring application security policies are applied.
- Providing technical and business support on different QFZ power platform solutions.
- Help to stay up to date with latest technology and best practices.
Education and Certifications - Bachelor’s Degree
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification (Preferred)
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Power Automate,Power BI, Dynamics 365 CRM and Data verse
- Experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scaleapps.
- Experience developing different PowerApps solution models (canvas, model driven, portal)as well as enhancing existing apps.
- Proven end to end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, standard or customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration,plugin development, report development is a must.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement includingSales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, and Project Service Automation.
- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Modelincluding the customizations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
- Knowledge and understanding of .NET framework including extensive experience writingASP.NET and C# code (not just limited to plugins/custom workflows).
- Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.
- Experience automating business processes with Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Ability to create custom connectors for Power Automate.
- Experience with API or rest services integrations.
- Good knowledge of Azure Platform (Azure App Service, Enterprise Application).
- Experience in Business Analysis and Process Mapping.
- Experience with end user stories and customer journeys.
- Experience with Agile methodology / Scrum master.
- Excellent Project Management Experience.
- Experience with Process Improvement/Management.
- Must be well versed with documentation best practices.
- Experience in software integrations.
- Excellent Communication skills.
