Recruiter [Philippines]


 

Key Accountabilities

  • • Immediately respond to requisitions and post jobs to include setting up soreeners
  • • Engage candidates through active applicant pool to passive sourcing as needed
  • • Conduct virtual video interviews with candidates
  • • Help facilitate virtual hiring events with the recruiting team
  • • Form shortlist of qualified candidates and schedule with hiring Manager
  • o Applicant Tracking system Transactions: Ensure applicants have completed
  • information, process offers and will be trained to help process end to end onboarding
  • • Help build candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
  • • Types of jobs: Exempt & Non-Exempt jobs such as but not limited to, Customer
  • Service/Admin/Warehouse jobs to Exempt, Corporate leadership roles
  • • May be asked to perform any administrative task related to recruitment (i.e. Complete hire
  • tracking reports)

Qualifications

  • • At least 3-5 years of full-cycle and/or high volume recruiting experience from any industry
  • • A proven expertise to quickly identify qualified candidates and present for hire
  • • Must be able to effectively work from home and be available during core business hours to satisfy the needs of the 3 time zones
  • • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for long period of time; talk on the phone/facilitate video calls; type on a laptop for a majority of your shift; handle rejection and work in a fast paced environment
  • • Able to successfully manage 30-40 requisitions at a time
  • • Highly driven to succeed and deliver results
  • • ATS: Any experience with Paycom, ADP or similar will be helpful
  • • Must be task driven and able to prioritize well on your own with little direction
  • • Must be quick to understand recruiting and hiring SOPs
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Strong integrity, solid business ethics
  • • Expert in customer service skills, professional attitude and representation of the company brand
  • • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
