Talent Acquisition Analyst [Mexico]


 

Job Functions

Provides support to NRFM Talent Acquisition team on a daily basis

Builds strong relationships with the client (Primary Recruiter) through understanding of Talent Acquisition business processes and position requirements

Supports transactional elements of recruitment lifecycle in accordance with Service Level Agreements and the Primary Recruiter

Sources talent utilizing the internal applications and external boards as needed Executes recruitment duties while ensuring compliance of policies and regulations

Works collaboratively with stakeholders for a successful end-to-end recruitment process.

Utilizes appropriate HR systems (Workday, Outlook, Excel) and other tools to execute daily recruitment support tasks

Communicates effectively and frequently with primary recruiter

Maintains a customer service orientation in all interactions

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data and other HR information

Minimum Job Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

Advanced English speaking and writing required

Minimum 1 years of recruitment experience with high volume hiring requirements

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and self-manage in a deadline oriented environment with frequent interruptions

A proactive and positive approach combined with agility and a "can do" attitude.

Strong collaboration, customer service and communication skills • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel high level required): processor, spreadsheet (highly proficient), presentation (highly proficient), Workday (desirable), other PC applications.
