- Providing proactive and timely assistance to customer inquiries
- Contributing to regular business review meetings by presenting performance and financial reports
- Providing essential administrative support, including standard operating procedures
- Collaborate in the creation of new debtors and Master Data Management
- Assist customers with the usage of the company platform
Position requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent experience (1-3 yeras)
- Strong operational knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry
- Fluent English language
- Being a strong communicator and networker
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Good organization skills
