Tasks
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and design SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Configure, implement, and customize various SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower clients to maximize the value of their HR technology investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive HR transformation strategies.
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, including hands-on configuration and implementation expertise.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Knowledge of German language is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel (when required) for client engagements and project meetings.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a strong advantage.
