Location: Czech Republic or Slovakia (flexible remote options available)Language

Tasks

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and design SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Configure, implement, and customize various SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower clients to maximize the value of their HR technology investments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive HR transformation strategies.
Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, including hands-on configuration and implementation expertise.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; Knowledge of German language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel (when required) for client engagements and project meetings.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a strong advantage.
