Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience in quality assurance or claims management
· Experience in motor vehicle accident claim assessment is an advantage
· Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of attention to accuracy and completeness of customer file information
· Experience doing inbound customer support
· Knowledgeable in MS Office, Outlook and email management
· Excellent Verbal and Written English Communications Skills
· Can Multitask
· Can start ASAP
Job Description
· Handling inbound calls from customers and third parties
· Processing of new rental enquiries – capturing all required information and assessing eligibility for Right2Drive accident loans vehicles
· Processing of emails and answering enquiries in a timely manner
· Organise UBER trips for customers
· Uphold a high level of file maintenance and ensure that processes are executed in an accurate and timely manner
· Work a rotating roster covering after hours in Australia from 7pm to 10pm, 7 days a week.
· Review and identify missing information for files, including file integrity and compliance
· Collating and reporting file information to relevant person/s
