Job Description


Reporting to the Internet commercialisation Director, the incumbent will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to the publication and updates of the product portfolio, as well as maintaining and updating informational and legal content on all our digital platforms.

As the edimasters’ supervisor, he will guide the team, participate in its development and work with his collaborators to ensure the follow-up of deliverables according to set deadlines.

  • Master the process and platforms involved in the creation, description and distribution of our product catalog to guide their team and advise their internal collaborators to ensure its distribution;
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to edimasters and support them in achieving their goals;
  • Ensure the dissemination of the terms and conditions of sale through all distribution channels (Comnet, Softvoyage, TTS, etc.) and perform quality control for B2B and B2C;
  • Ensure compliance and dissemination of legal texts and documents on the sites and act as a point of contact with the legal department for any change requests;
  • Monitor trends to ensure that the company remains relevant and well positioned;
  • Ensure the best SEO and UX practices of its content, in collaboration with the eCommerce experts;
  • Participate in the implementation and continuous review of the team's procedures and work methods in order to improve its efficiency;
  • Liaise and provide support between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of the team;
  • Coordinate translations with our external firm and track invoices.

Qualifications
  • College Studies in Tourism or Relevant Prior Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in tourism industry
  • Team supervision experiences
  • Functional knowledge of the reservation system, Kentico and TTS.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, html
  • Ease with the Internet environment
  • Good knowledge of the travel industry and products offered in packages, tours and cruises.
  • Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written
