Executive Real Estate Assistant


 

Real Estate broker is looking for an executive assistant to help with organization, overseeing transactions, admin paperwork, and social media marketing to name a few. Individual must be extremely detailed oriented, team-player and organized.

This IS NOT a job for somebody whose goal is to become a real estate agent.

The duties of this candidate are:

-Must have 2+ Years of real estate transaction experience - Commercial and Property management experience is also plus

- Highly attuned eye for details.

- Confident speaking, writing and communication skills in person, via email and the phone.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

- Build, create, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support from "Customer Acquisition-to-Contract"

- Audi the transaction coordinators transactions from "Contract-to-Close"

- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.

- Scheduling and coordination of calendar appointments.

- Research R/E issues, vendors, and solutions.

- Clear and complete understanding of real estate transactions and CAR forms utilized in the Los Angeles area.

-CA Real Estate Licensed preferred

-Must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Listing Manager, or other relative administrative support.

-Understanding of CAR Zipforms, TheMLS, Docusign, Dropbox, costar, loopnet, and Google Suites, SISU, Follow up Boss, Mailchimp

-Must have an iPhone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
