Great opportunity to join an orthopaedic surgical specialty clinic in Reseda, CA. We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Spanish Phone Operator/Scheduler. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver high quality customer service, phone etiquette in an extremely busy office in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service to our patients and work in a team environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, No weekends
Location: Reseda
Pay Rate: $18-$19 p/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality over the phone telephone skills.
- Practice phone interaction with patients, insurance plans and doctors and management.
- Assist in transferring phone calls, handling incoming calls and answering appropriate questions to patients.
- Enter patient information into system, good data entry and typing.
- Adhere to scheduled, and able to accommodate unscheduled tasks to complete work in a timely and professional manner.
