THE JOB DETAILS | Full-time support to help this family with the day-to-day needs of their home, pets, and daughter (almost 12 years old).
This role is a blended role. Mostly family assistant/housekeeping duties with a few hours of childcare per day. During the summer months, childcare hours are a little longer compared to the school year.
The family has two animals in the home - an indoor cat and a family-friendly greyhound. The greyhound needs a walk two times a day (12 and 4 PM).
The family is searching for someone who can proactively help with the following... Deep cleaning - kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, communal areas
Making beds (daily)
Change linens (once a week)
Pet care (daily)
Childcare - walk the Greyhound to pick up the daughter from the bus stop at 4 PM (daily)
Summer months - spend a few more hours per day with the daughter. The ideal candidate is open to swimming/has a background in swim instruction.

THE DAUGHTER | She is a typical almost 12-year-old. She attends school in the valley and commutes to and from using the school bus. Described as independent, polite, and well-behaved.
Requires being picked up at the bus stop at 4/4:15 PM (3 blocks from the home)
THE REQUIREMENTS | A minimum of 3 years working in a similar role. Has stellar references from previous employers. Lives locally. Has a strong command of English both spoken and written. A second language and knowledge of swim instruction are perks.
Clear background screening and driving record. Has a valid driver's license and their own vehicle for occasional on-the-job driving.
THE SCHEDULE | Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
THE RATE | $30/hr.
