RemoteVAPH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with Rent Manager experience for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have strong end-user experience in conflict resolution, client relations, high-end retail call center, and will be able to provide support in the Leasing Department. Additionally, a background in hospitality will be valuable in handling tenant complaints. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm EST. (Night Shift)
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with Rent Manager.
- Proven track record in end-user interaction, conflict resolution, and client relations.
- Experience in high-end retail call center or similar customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with the Leasing Department processes and procedures.
- Hospitality background to effectively address and resolve tenant complaints.

Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize Rent Manager software to manage rental properties and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Handle end-user interactions, addressing and resolving conflicts and concerns.
- Maintain strong client relations by providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the Leasing Department with administrative tasks, documentation, and tenant communication.
- Utilize problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle challenging situations.
- Leverage retail and call center experience to deliver outstanding customer support.

Salary: Php32,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
