As Order Fulfillment Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. On daily basis you will have a chance to be crucial part of Supply Chain process at Philips GBS Lodz. Join our Contract team to learn how to coordinate the entire order delivery process for software, trainings and addition products placed by Key Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping also Project Management, Sales and others.
Your role:
- Managing orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Suppliers, and other stakeholders within Philips)
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
- Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines
You're the right fit if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport
- You have very good English level (B2 or higher)
- You are excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)
- You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (would be an advantage)
