CLIENT: 24-year-old disabled female adult living in own apartment. Has g-tube, needs help with ADLs including bathing and toileting. Has developmental disability and oppositional personality. Needs constant supervision.
STAFF: must be RESPONSIBLE and RELIABLE (show up on-time for every shift, low absenteeism) and have a car to transport client to various places daily. Must be kind, respectful, FEMALE, and able to deal with a challenging client. Experience with Developmentally Disabled Adults and G-tubes are a PLUS!
DUTIES: Job duties include Direct Caregiving PLUS shopping for client, taking her to doctor appointment, managing medical issues and other staff (2), negotiating in meetings; creating budgets, manuals, and documents; traveling out-of-state with client, become co-conservator. Looking for a long-term staff member.
