Lancaster Lodge a 48 bedroom City Centre Lodge has a vacancy for an experienced Hotel Receptionist.
- Experience in Hotel Reception is required for this position.
- Number of shifts can be flexible for the right person. We can offer from 3 to 5 shifts per week. Must be available for some full day shifts, for example 9am to 5pm.
- Must have a strong customer focus
- Handle all guest enquiries and queries in an efficient professional and friendly manner
- Ensure all cash, credit card and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy.
- To assist in the smooth running of the front office during your shift
- To be familiar with the day`s business, including arrivals, departures, special requests, etc.
- To have thorough understanding of all requirements when checking-in and/or checking-out a guest.
- Fluent English required
- Have a positive and motivating attitude
- Knowledge of HotSoft an advantage but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 38 per week
