Position Summary
In this position, you will be part of our highly motivated software development team. In your daily work you will use state-of-the-art development tools to define our software architecture in the most efficient way.
Our ASPICE development processes will guide you through your tasks, including architectural design and integration testing. Our model-based development approach will enable you to deliver high quality software.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze system requirement specifications and architectures
- Take part in software requirement reviews
- Develop, enhance and review the architectural design using model based approaches (MathWorks Toolchain)
- Support development engineers in defining the detailed design and take part in reviews
- Support test engineers in specifying integration tests
- Work according to the ASPICE processes
- Work to meet project deadlines
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Up-to-date knowledge of model based software development methodologies with focus on architectural design
- Experience in platform development in a product line environment
- Experience with functional safety according to ISO 26262
- Experience with cyber security according to ISO 21434
- English skills (at least Level B2)
Also Valuable
- Know how of electric motor control and inverter functions
- Know how in automotive software development
- Experience in On-Bord-Diagnostic (OBD)
- Experience with Automotive SPICE
- Basic German skills, written and spoken
Technical Skills
- Model based architectural design
- Architectures for code based software development (UML, C-Code)
- Requirement Engineering
- Model based development for embedded systems in MATLAB/Simulink
- MathWorks System Composer
- MATLAB/Simulink
Soft Skills
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
