We currently have a vacancy for a Cloud Engineer fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert, who will be based in Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team, on-site.
Your tasks
- Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in a specific area of Container, Kubernetes, Cloud solutions and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure;
- Design solutions for the secure deployment & patching of Information Systems to computers both on premise and via the cloud;
- Design solutions to secure such deployments of Information Systems to computers both on premise and via the cloud.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 13 years of relevant experience;
- At least 8 years of experience in cloud technologies;
- At least 4 years of experience in Open Source Technologies such as Apache, Spring;
- At least 4 years of experience in Server Management and related tools e.g. Puppet, Ansible;
- At least 3 years of experience in Software development in programming languages such as Java, Python;
- Experience in requirements analysis and solution design;
- AWS Architect Associate Certification will be considered as an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
