Duties & Responsibilities
· Fresh graduate or has one (1) year experience in IT related works and familiar with various IT services.
· Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing issues with technical equipment. This can involve working on things such as workstations, CCTV, POS on different areas.
· Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
· Providing service and user support during field visits
· Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
· Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
· Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
· Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
· Following company procedures and protocols
· Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization
· Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics and equipment specifications
· Willing to do other task if needed
Qualifications:
· Graduate of any computer related course, (Information Technology, Computer Engineering and Computer Science).
· Preferably with background in network(DHCP, NAT, BRIDGE, VLAN, SD-WAN) and CCTV Installation (IP and Fiber).
· With good written, communication and technical skills.
· Must have a own motorcycle and valid driver's license.
· Willing to work in tandang sora Quezon City
· Willing to start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
