Service Officer to Assist Passengers
Come to lead our passengers towards a safe, smooth and enjoyable journey!
We are looking for customer service staff with positive attitude to join our team at Rovaniemi Airport. If you are ready to assist passengers in the terminal during Lapland's winter season so they can enjoy their journey without any worries, you are the person we are looking for!
As a Service Officer your job will be to guide, advise and assist passengers at the busy airport. Your aim is to play your part in creating a positive travel experience by providing information and assistance.
Training for the position will be held in November and the job will start in December 2023. The fixed-term contracts will run until the end of March. We offer full-time, part-time, and on-call positions.
What we expect from you:
- A positive attitude
- Customer service skills: previous customer service experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to keep calm in stressful situations: you should always be able to maintain your efficiency and friendliness.
- English skills. Other language skills will be an advantage.
- Working permit in Finland.
- Interest towards the airport environment: you enjoy a multicultural working environment and are willing to learn new things.
During hectic winter months you'll be supported by our airport professionals who greet even the busiest of passenger traffic with great expertise!
