We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have staffing experience and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word. They must also possess excellent communication skills and have a strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of staff to ensure proper coverage
  • Communicate with staff via phone, email, and chat to ensure availability and confirm schedules
  • Update and maintain employee files and schedules in our database
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel and other software tools
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient staffing processes

Requirements:

  • Previous staffing experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • operation support: 1 year (Preferred)
