Provide consistent support on boutique sales and assist Retail Manager in order to achieve target and to enhance performance
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Sales Support
- Support Retail Manager and Boutique Managers to deliver sales results
- Ensure brand strategy and plan is well delivered and executed in boutiques
- Analyze and report boutique and individual sales daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
- Prepare sales report including traffic, CRM activities, competitor sales & activities, and trend
- Support Retail Manager with all retail related reporting
Retail Operation
- Support Retail Manager in all retail & new retail operation activities
- Monitor and ensure all guidelines are well observed in boutiques and support needed communication
- Monitor and report boutique KPI’s including sales, incentives, PAM Guard, CRM, Mystery Shopper, etc.
- Support boutique training
- Support stock management including allocation, client deposits, repair, defective product management, manual invoicing, and adjustment
- Manage boutique HR issues including all administrative procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding, roster, OT, and organization chart regular updates
- Responsible for uniform ordering, dispatching, altering, stock, and any other issues
- Support boutique security and financial projects
- Manage boutique PLV, music, devices, and amenities
- Prepare boutique maintenance, opening, closing, renovation, and events on operational issues with both internal and external partners
- Support boutiques in any operational needs
- Control and manage boutique expense
- Manage vendor & PO
- Arrange and manage boutique meetings
REQUIEREMENTS
- 5+ years’ experience in retail preferably in luxury, experience in watch industry is a plus
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Korean
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good listener with problem solving skills
- People oriented
- Efficient and detail oriented
