A Restaurant in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for the customers
- Interact with the customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess the customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses and serve beverages to the customers
- Plan and present the bar’s menu
- Restock and replenish the bar’s inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Handle cash and process credit card payments accurately
- Ensure that the bar area meets health and safety standards
- Create an inviting and appealing atmosphere for the customers
- Secure the bar area and prepare it for the next shift
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven working experience as a Bartender or in a similar role would be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks would be a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Friendly, organized and has a good memory
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
- Eye for details and good understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques would be a plus
- Creative and able to learn quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
