Junior Restaurant Manager - Sandton [South Africa]

 

A vacancy for the position of Junior Restaurant Manager has opened up at an established restaurant located in Sandton. Candidates with a minimum of one year's experience in restaurant management will be considered. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing assistance to the General Manager in overseeing the entire restaurant, including both front and back of house operations. Proficiency in staff management and training would be advantageous.

Strong customer relations skills are of paramount importance. Applicants must possess expertise in stock control and be able to work effectively under pressure. Only articulate candidates who are self-sufficient will be considered. The successful candidate must be ambitious and possess a keen desire to learn.
