Qualifications

  • Electronic, Physics, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent university background,
  • Over 3 years of working experiences in service in medical equipments with solid understanding about strelization technologies
  • Having sufficient equipment and knowledge on technical issues, open to development and basic electronic knowledge,
  • Have knowledge of the legal legislation related to the work of health institutions
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Well-organized, can do attitude and problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, team oriented approach
  • Having any of life science , sterilization, washer, disinfector, autoclave experience and/certificate is an extra advantage


Job Description

The position will be in charge of Life Sicences Technical Service in Turkey, responsible for service activities, development and performance.

  • To implement Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PCU) Programs for a systematic and effective control to ensure the safety, maintenance and performance of devices.
  • Troubleshooting medical device malfunctions and calibrating with preventive maintenance
  • To make status reports of device maintenance.
  • Performing necessary changes in infrastructure as needed to troubleshoot devices.
  • Developing solutions for emerging or potential problems in biomedical devices, machinery, spare parts and quality of use.
  • Define Service Level Agreement (SLA) of regular service delivery base on customer segmentations and customer expectations.
  • Offer proactive and differentiated service to enhance service impact to customers.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures.
  • Technically checking the quality of the maintanance process
  • To be involved in in-house projects.
  • Participating in occupational, health and safety and quality trainings.
  • Supporting Infection control team on regular service actvities as per the workload
