Product design for Dremel rotary tools meeting customer requirements and specifications following Bosch product development processes.
CAD design for specialized parts using CREO Parametric- Evaluation and selection of different materials to meet design specifications.
- Creation of new product concepts for tools and accessories.
- Creation of engineering drawings with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing based on ASME Y14.5.
- Develop/maintain/release database using PDMLink.
- Develop/maintain/release documentation using SAP & BOSCH tools and processes.
Experience evaluating and selecting between different production processes to provide best cost/benefit option
- Understanding and experience of GD&T and stack up tolerance analysis.
- Understanding of brushed and brushless motors functioning system
- Understanding of DC and AC consumer electronics
- Experience with 3D CAD software (CREO Parametric preferred)
- Experience with CREO surface design, model based definition and top down design for complex assemblies.
