Working in the ‘Payroll Team’
As a Payroll Specialist, you will ensure that all aspects of payroll administration are handled accurately. You will also play an active role in optimizing our payroll processes and implementing new systems and technologies. You will work with internal stakeholders such as Reward, Finance and Tax to ensure that the payroll process is efficient, accurate and compliant with current legislation.

Your tasks as a Payroll Specialist
- Perform various payroll-related projects and coordinate tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Manage expat payroll, including processing international payments, managing tax returns and resolving any expat payroll-related issues.
- Handle split payroll in various countries, including Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Processing foreign payroll, including collecting and verifying required data, calculating salaries and making payments according to applicable regulations.
- Providing administration and monitoring of long-term incentive plans (LTI), including recording data, generating reports and providing relevant information to employees.
- Closing monthly payroll, including calculating salaries, processing changes and checking data for accuracy and completeness.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You have a bachelor's degree within HR, tax or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role. You are the payroll guru everyone looks up to!
- You have in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and are aware of all laws and regulations regarding payroll tax, social security and labor legislation in Belgium.
- Expat payroll and international payroll systems hold no secrets for you.
- You are a master of analytical thinking and have an eye for detail. Mistakes are a no-go for you.
- You have strong communication skills and can work well with different people.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
