Immediate Vacancy for IT Helpdesk Analyst
Brief Description:
The scope is to attend to email, calls and remote support.
Job Requirement:
- IT helpdesk first-level support
- Call Center experience is advantageous
- Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
- Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
- Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
- Familiar with Ticketing System (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experienced in using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft)
- Strong communication skills and detailed work
- Proficient Customer Service
- Proficient email and verbal communication
- Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
- Experience: Min 2 years related experience.
Contract Type : 12 Months (Renewal)
Salary : SGD2,700 to SGD3,500
Location : Pioneer Road
Working Hours : Office Hours Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm
Commencement : Immediate
Working Environment : Institution
