Planning of repair jobs & job allocation by the means of Capacity planning in WMS.
Reporting to the Service Advisor any defects discovered by a Workshop employee after repair work has begun, so that additional repair work can be agreed with the customer.
Ensure transparency in additional repairs cost & Ensure bays are utilized to the optimum state.
Make sure that quality repairs have been performed on customer’s vehicle within the defined time frame. Monitor repeat repairs and record it properly. Take corrective action to avoid repeat repairs. To assist the technicians as and when required.
Monitoring of deadlines (TAT & SDD) and quality of the repairs carried out.
Maintain proper records of vehicles which are received for accident jobs.
On completion of job cards, hand it over to Service / Body shop advisor for invoicing.
DISS ticket, Campaign alerts, Quality control test program check results
Detailed report of Body shop & Service with complete status of Bay utilization, Technician productivity and efficiency. Discussion of Pending vehicles report every evening with Service head.
