Responsibilities
- Report accurately about: Clients Aging, adding value to reports with appropriate analysis
- Provide clear and updated information about accounts receivables to the business
- Constant communication with accounts receivables team concerning payment postings and bank reconciliations
- Produce and provide analysis on financial performance to the country and key stakeholders
- Contact with clients and Collections team on daily basis for customer application processing and customers reconciliations account.
- Promote continuous improvement on accounts receivables processes.
- Comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls (Example: SOX)

It is indispensable for this position:
- Degree / Advance student of accountancy/administration
- English: First Certificate Level
- Microsoft Excel –High
- Previous experience in administrative positions
- Experience with contact with stakeholders, treasury or accounts receivables
