About your future role

You will be joining the Nordic CTO Office, which is part of the Nordic Operations Center, and plays an important role in IT to strengthen collaboration, proactive engagement and to stay competitive and deliver on the pipeline to win customers in key markets and ensuring stable and secure operations in the Nordic region.

We are looking for a student assistant to be part of our mission by supporting the Head of Nordic CTO Office in daily administrative tasks and driving high priority initiatives and improvement activities to provide a best-in-class customer experience together with Business and the rest of the IT organisation.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Gathering data and preparing Management reports
  • Finance controlling related to key vendor contracts and activities
  • Invoicing and credit note handing
  • Purchase orders and collection of technical and financial data
  • Input to budgets through data collection
  • Administrative tasks to support the Management team

The position is part-time (15-20 hours per week) with flexibility around exams and based in Nets’ office in Ballerup, Denmark.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Studying on master level within finance or accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office generally – especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working with invoicing and credit note handling
  • Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP ERP
  • High level of analytical skills as well as good business acumen allowing you to translate challenges into real-world actions
  • Understanding IT technology functions is a plus
  • Excellent English skills, oral as well as written, as English is the corporate communication language

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

  • Danish is a plus but not a requirement
  • Eagerness and ability to learn
  • Outgoing and action-oriented and enjoy making things happen fast
  • Detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Team player with a flexible mindset
