Job Title: Car Workshop Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Car Workshop Manager to lead our team and manage daily operations in our busy car repair workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the workshop, including scheduling, quality control, and staff management.
- Monitor and improve the workshop's productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair programs to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
- Manage relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all workshop equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe to use.
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a car repair workshop management role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of car repair and maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
- A degree in automotive engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in customer service and supplier management.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be able to use computer software applications for scheduling, inventory management and other workshop management functions.
