Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Male coupon distributor/promoter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with mall visitors, distributing coupons, and promoting our products/services. Your role will involve actively interacting with customers, explaining the benefits of our coupons, and encouraging them to make purchases.
Shift: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:
Set up an attractive and organized booth or promotional area within the mall.
Approach mall visitors in a friendly and approachable manner, offering them coupons and explaining the associated discounts or offers.
Engage customers in conversation, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
Answer any questions or concerns raised by customers regarding the coupons or our offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for each customer.
Maintain accurate records of coupon distribution and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize coupon effectiveness.
Collect customer feedback and insights to improve future promotional activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Confident and comfortable engaging with strangers in a public setting.
Proactive and outgoing personality, with a strong ability to initiate conversations.
Basic knowledge of the products/services being promoted and the ability to articulate their benefits.
Good organizational skills to track and record coupon distribution and customer interactions.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in promoting coupons and driving customer interest.
Flexibility to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in coupon distribution, sales promotion, or customer service is a plus but not required.
