Production Operators - Night Shift (Bega NSW)
Our manufacturing sites in Bega NSW have various vacancies for machine operators & production operators on nightshift.
Successful applicants will commence training once appointed.
Essential Requirements:
- Willingness to undertake medical, drug & alcohol tests
- Right to work in Australia checks
- Fit & healthy and able to take on physical hands on work
- Strong work ethic & willingness to take on a variety of roles.
- Availability to work Nightshift hours.
Hours: Nightshift
- 8 hour shifts (Sun - Thur 10:00pm to 6:00am)
- 12 hour shifts (6:00pm to 6:00am)
(12 hr. shift workers must be available to work every second weekend Fri, Sat & Sun))

- Ability to operate a production process; Teamwork
- Have the functional capacity to perform the tasks required
- Ability to manage under pressure & react to issues that might arise in production
- Conduct routine maintenance in accordance with competency level
- An understanding of the cost of downtime, waste & their implications for the business
- Effective & timely communication of all issues to the Shift Supervisor
- Ensuring the production log sheets are completed in a timely & accurate manner
