A glasses shop in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Shop Assistant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack and arrange new shipments from suppliers and vendors
- Arrange and label goods on the display shelves
- Assist customers in finding the products they’re looking for
- Process customer payments at the checkout point/till
- Address customer complaints and inquiries
- Assist customers in locating desired shop items
- Provide shopping advice and recommendations to customers
- Clean and rearrange the store after hours
- Perform periodic price audits to resolve price discrepancies
- Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
- Restock depleted or low shop items and ensure that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Proven work experience as a Junior Shop Assistant or similar role
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Cheerful, outgoing, free-spirited and proactive
- Outstanding upselling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a willingness to learn new things and a flexible attitude
- An outgoing and a social butterfly attitude
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver
- Experience working as a cashier preferred
Benefits:
