A Small Resort in Flores, Indonesia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Spa Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the spa and ensure guests' comfort
- Represent the resort to company standards and maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times
- Lead by example in the spa operation and offer assistance wherever needed
- Respond to customers' inquiries or complaints
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety or hygiene standards
- Plan and direct spa services and programs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Sell products, services and memberships
- Recruit, interview and hire employees
- Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work
- Maintain supply or equipment inventories and order materials, supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven experience working as a Spa Manager or in a similar role
- Degree or certification as a Spa Therapist
- Knowledgeable in beauty treatments and massages
- Strong leadership, team and communication skills
- Proven public speaking capabilities coupled with strong sales and marketing experience
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of guests and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions
- Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting techniques
- Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner
- Ability to lead and direct a multi-faceted team including coaching and mentoring
- Highly organized, goal and results oriented with ability to execute plans and manage change effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp6,500,000 - Rp7,500,000 per month
