Rathfarnham Day Care - Creche Manager
Rathfarnham Day Care are looking for a full-time, highly experienced Manager to join the management team in our established creche.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Min FETAC Level 6 in Childcare (or DCYA approved international equivalent)
- Min 3 years experience managing a childcare service essential
- Working knowledge of current industry standards and HSE Childcare Regs (2006) essential
- Fluent English and high level of communication skills essential
The role involves being an example to the team with hands-on support in the classrooms, in addition to operations management - requiring high level of organisational skills, problem-solving skills, a flexible attitude and proactive approach.
The Manager will mentor staff, develop the business and maintain standards of care. Managers will be involved in the daily care of the children, light paperwork, liaise with parents and governing bodies and work closely with the HR department and Managing Directors.
